This is David, otherwise known as "Fluffy". He's the lead framer, and has been doing an excellent job. He takes pride in what he does and makes sure it is done right. He doubled and tripled up on some of the I-Joists for the sub-floor, even though the plans didn't necessarily specify it, because he knew that was the right way to do it - exactly the kind of thing I need.
